WySO STRATEGIC ACTION PLANNING:
The WySO DKG Strategic Action Plan provides for an annual review and updating of identified action steps that promote DKG Society International's Seven Purposes along with the organization's Mission and Vision Statements during each Wyoming State Organization biennium.
The current biennium's DKG WySO Strategic Plan (2025-2027) was developed during the 2025 Fall Executive Committee Board Meeting and is composed of 4 Focus Goal Areas with Objectives & Action Step Activities. Suggested Personnel/Committees of Responsibility are identified along with Start/End Dates, Evidence of Success, and Activity Status for each SAP that is created.
The Strategic Action Plan Worksheet is reviewed and updated annually during the Fall State Executive Board Meeting. The Status of each Action Step is dated and determined to be not started, developing, completed, ongoing, or revised.
All Wyoming State Organization Chapters are encouraged to develop their own Chapter Strategic Action Plan to help guide Chapters during each biennium.
